Abstract:
To provide a wireless power transmission system of a simple constitution capable of transmitting the power to an electric vehicle parked at a parking position according to a user's normal procedure, which prevents decrease of the power transmission efficiency even when a model of the electric vehicle varies.
The wireless power transmission system transmits the power from a parking device 1 to an electric vehicle 2 in a wireless manner. The electric vehicle includes a wheel 52 and secondary coils 7 and 8 provided to the wheel. The parking device includes a primary coil 6 that transmits the power to the secondary coil, and the primary coil is positioned to face the wheel of the electric vehicle parked at a predetermined parking position.
