To provide an electric warmer capable of exerting flexibility, handling performance, and a heat storing/radiating effect, and improving resiliency and comfort in seating by a simple manufacturing method and quality control.
The electric warmer 16 is configured by stacking a flexible heat storage sheet 22 obtained by coating microcapsules 20 of organic high molecular weight polymers enclosing a heat storage material 19 with a coating material 21 of a flexible organic high molecular weight hardened material on a top of a heat insulating base material 18 of an organic high molecular weight composition having a heating element 17. Since the microcapsules 20 are composed of an organic high molecular weight polymer having a chemical structure such as a carbonyl group, and its softening temperature is higher than a curing temperature of the coating material 21 composed of a thermosetting elastomer such as olefin, the flexible heat storage sheet 2 improved in flexibility, handling performance, furthermore, a storage performance and fixing performance can be obtained by the simple manufacturing method and quality control, and as a result, the electric warmer capable of exerting a heat storing/heat radiating effect and improved in resiliency and comfort in seating can be provided.
