PURPOSE: To obtain a thin electric wave absorbing material for 4∼8GHz bands by dispersing the mixture magnetic powder composed by mixing the ferrite powder and the metal iron powder together with a weight percent in the fixed range into the organic high-molecule material with a fixed ratio.
CONSTITUTION: The mixture magnetic powder is composed by mixing the ferrite powder containing at leat one kind of the metal selected among the groups comprising Mn, Ni, Mg, zinc, Co and copper with the metal iron powder in the range of 1:0.4∼9.4 wt%. Such mixture magnetic powder is then dispersed into the organic high-molecule material containing the plasticizer, hardener or the like in the range of 25∼34 cubic percent to the whole, and then kneaded with the roller, the ball mill, the sand mill and the like to secure the coating form or the sheet foam. Such electric wave absorbing material is mounted or coated to the electric wave reflector in the thickness range of 1.5∼3.6 mm to feature a high reflective attenuation quantity at 4∼8 GHz. This absorbing material features the reduced fluctuation of the absorbing characteristics to the change of the thickness of the material, thus ensuring excellent coating performance and a high economical property.
