PURPOSE: To implement excellent electric wave absorbing function, by replacing one portion of an aggregate component such as quartz sand and the like with a crushed electric wave absorbing agent such as iron, copper, ferrite and the like in a mortar comprising general cement, quartz sand, sand and the like.

CONSTITUTION: In a mortar comprising general cement, quartz sand, sand and the like, at least one portion of an aggregate component such as quartz sand and the like is replaced with an electric wave absorbing agent. As the electric wave absorbing agent blended in the mortar, iron, copper, ferrite and other crushed general electric absorbing material are used. On the other hand, as the electric wave absorbing mortar, additive agents such as pigment, a water reducing agent, builder and the like can be blended to be used. The electric absorbing mortar is executed to a body 1 like a normal mortar by blending a predetermined amount of water in the above component, so that it is possible to form an electric wave absorbing wall 4 easily using a normal tile 3.
