To provide an electric equipment module capable of being effectively applied even to an outdoor unit provided with a housing having a small room in a vertical space, facilitating attachment/detachment to a machine room, and not requiring a special countermeasure against noise.SOLUTION: An electric equipment module includes a main substrate on which electronic components constituting a part of a control circuit are mounted on a front face, a power substrate 270 on which electronic components as noise generation sources including a power device constituting the remaining part of the control circuit are mounted on a front face, and a fixing plate on which the main substrate and the power substrate 270 are mounted in a manner that a rear face of the main substrate is opposed to a front face, and a rear face of the power substrate 270 is opposed to a rear face, and the fixing plate is mounted in a machine room at a depth side of a service panel of a front face of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner in a manner of being faced in a direction of the service panel. The power device 274 is thermally connected to a cooler 300 mounted on a part of a refrigerant pipe in opposition thereto in a manner of being faced to a direction of the service panel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
