Abstract:
An electrohydraulic arrangement (10) for controlling a double-acting hydraulic motor (11) is proposed, the two sides (14, 15) of which hydraulic motor (11) can be activated independently of one another in each case via an electrohydraulically actuated 3-way continuous valve (16, 17) in spool type of construction. The continuous valves (16, 17) are designed as position-controlled built-in valves and are each activated by a 4/4 proportional pilot valve (43, 63) with safety position (46, 46'). The pilot valves (43, 63) are connected via separate electrical channels (68, 69) to an electronic control unit (33) which works out control variables in accordance with the respective drive task at the hydraulic motor (11) according to programmed control instructions. With a minimum of electromechanical transducers (53, 53', 61) and valves (16, 17) dependent upon nominal size, a multiplicity of additional functions such as differential connection, fail-safe function, power limiting, cavitation avoidance or mass-load braking can be realised.
