Abstract:
To popularize an electrified kitchen by showing a design guideline for a dedicated hood for the electrified kitchen and providing the dedicated hood for the electrified kitchen whose power consumption is reduced compared with a conventional hood.
A kitchen apparatus is so formed that the distance from the heating surface of an IH range 3 to the lower end of the opening of the dedicated hood 2 is 600 mm. The IH range 3 is disposed on a wall. The dedicated hood 2 is so formed that the depth of the opening is 450 mm, the width of the opening is 1021 mm, its opening area is 0.56 m2, and the air volume is not less than 500 m3/h and not more than 756 m3/h.
