Abstract:
To extend the service life by preventing a magnetic brush electrifier from being contaminated with remaining toner etc., in an electrifying device for electrifying a photoreceptor by a plurality of magnetic brush electifiers.
The electrifying device for electrifying the photoreceptor by the plurality of magnetic brush electrifiers has a 1st magnetic brush electrifier 30 and a 2nd magnetic brush electrifier 31 which is provided downstream from the 1st magnetic brush electrifier in the moving direction of a body to be electrified, the 1st magnetic brush electrifier 30 being made larger in magnetic particle replacement amount per unit time than the 2nd magnetic brush electrifier 31.
