A magnetic circuit composed of a yoke 11, a magnet 12, and a top plate 14 is located in a cylindrical frame main body 1 with an opening at both ends, a tip of a voice coil 15 held in a gap 13 formed in the magnetic circuit is coupled and fixed to a rear part of a diaphragm 17 whose outer circumferential part is fixed to the frame main body 1, cover members 7, 8 each having sounding holes are mounted on each opening of the frame main body 1 to form the electroacoustic transducer 10, the front part of the diaphragm 17 is used for a ringer loudspeaker part, the rear part is used for a call receiving receiver part, and the frame main body 1 is assembled in a portable telephone set main body, and the electroacoustic transducer 10 acts like a loudspeaker when receiving a ringer signal and acts like a receiver when receiving a call receiving signal.
