Title:
ELECTRODE CONNECTION STRUCTURE FOR PIEZOELECTRIC TRANSFORMER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3122064
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode connection structure for piezoelectric transformer in which reliability and assembling performance can be enhanced while reducing the cost by eliminating the factors for fluctuating characteristics of a piezoelectric transformer through a simple structure and a specified performance can be sustained constantly by supporting the node of vibration constantly with an appropriate degree of freedom regardless of variation of the vibrating conditions.
SOLUTION: The contact part of a contact terminal part 13 to be connected electrically with the electrode face of a piezoelectric transformer 11 is split in the breadthwise direction thereof to form a plurality of contact pieces 13a thus enhancing the density and follow-up performance of contact with the electrode face. Since a sufficient contact area can be ensured for each contact piece 13a even when irregularities are present on the electrode face, the contact resistance is not increased and the efficiency can be enhanced. Furthermore, assembling work is simplified because of simple structure and disconnection due to deterioration of performance or vibration of piezoelectric transformer is eliminated because no soldering is required resulting in the enhancement of reliability.
