An inflection angle 1 a positive electrode plate 8 and a cutting lower blade 12 make and an inflection angle 2 the positive electrode plate 8 and a cutting upper blade 11 make are made not less than 175, thereby suppressing bending of the electrode plate in cutting. An exit port angle 3 and an exit port angle 4 are made not less than 10, thereby preventing contact of cutting portions of a positive electrode plate 9 and a positive electrode plate 10 after cutting and preventing exfoliation of the electrode mix layer.
