PURPOSE: To enable the fixing of a conductor at a single action by providing a clip or a fitting type button comprising a biodegradable polymer which has an electrode for stimulating the inside of an organism coupled to a conductor near a needle in an electrode set for stimulating the inside of the organism of an electrode for a pacemaker.

CONSTITUTION: A hook-shaped needle 1 is attached to the tip of an electrode for a pacemaker to put a pacemaker electrode through a heart and the portion of the electrode about 45mm from the hook-shaped needle 1 has no insulating cover part 3 and is made as an exposed part 2 of a conductor. The exposed part 2 is kept in contact with a cardiac muscle 12. A clip 5 or a fitting type button comprising a biodegradable polymer is provided being coupled to the conductor near the needle 1 to hold the conductor being firmly locked even after the removal of the needle 1. The clip 5 is formed in an arbitrary shape, for example, by applying an angle clip, an eye clip, a link clip, a turn clip and the like as office article.
