Abstract:
To provide a technique capable of improving manufacturing quality of an electrode sheet for batteries.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an electrode sheet includes: a coating step of applying an active material paste on a surface of a long metal sheet while conveying the metal sheet; and a drying step of drying the active material paste by radiating light from a plurality of light source to the active material paste applied on the surface of the metal sheet. The plurality of light sources includes at least one first light source and at least one second light source. The first light source radiates light in a range where a first portion of the metal sheet in a width direction passes, and the second light source radiates light in a range where a second portion of the metal sheet in a width direction passes. A position of a first radiation range where the first light source radiates light and a position of a second radiation range where the second light source radiates light are different from each other in a conveyance direction of the metal sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
