Abstract:

To provide an electrogalvanized steel plate excellent in phosphating property without the need for performing special treatment before and after electrogalvanizing formation.

The electrogalvanized steel plate is characterized by comprising, on a steel plate to be treated, an electrogalvanized layer in which an average step interval S of an electrogalvanized crystal 1 when viewed in the lamination direction T of a plate face of the electrogalvanized crystal is not larger than 0.10 μm.
