PURPOSE: To eliminate dispersion of products, and reduce cost by coating a light emitting layer with an EL phosphor formed by turning zinc sulfide into a capsule by using alumina by dispersing it in an ink shape by moisture unabsorptive denaturated polyester.
CONSTITUTION: A base film 1 has a transparent conductive layer 2 formed by evaporating or baking indium oxide on a single surface of a transparent film. A light emitting layer 4 by dispersing an EL phosphor formed by turning zinc sulfide into a capsule by using alumina in an ink shape by moisture unabsorptive polyester resin, is coated with this conductive layer 2. A surface of this light emitting layer 4 is covered with a conductive layer 5 by adhering a laminate film 7 having paste 6 on a single surface, and lead wires 8 and 9 are connected to the conductive layers 2 and 5, and the other ends are connected to commercial electric power supply, and the electric power supply is impressed on the light emitting layer 4, and light is emitted. Then, sealing becomes unnecessary, and small and complicated-shaped work becomes possible, so that a more stabilized product 15 obtained.
