Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stably hold a coil bobbin by a jig, effectively utilize the structure for its holding, and enhance the coat strength by insert molding.
CONSTITUTION: In an electromagnetic coil, a coil bobbin 2 into which an iron core 1 is inserted is held by a jig, a coil 3 is wound on the coil bobbin 2, and the coil 3, including the coil bobbin 2, is insert-molded to a resin body 14. A recessed groove 18 directing two directions of horizontal and vertical directions is formed on the coil bobbin 2.
