In the electromagnetic device, a primary coil winding part 7 and a secondary coil winding part 8 are provided in the axial direction of a coil bobbin 2, a primary coil 3 is wound around the primary coil winding part 7, and a secondary coil 4 is wound around the secondary coil winding part 8. The winding start end 3a of the primary coil 3, the winding end 3b of the primary coil 3, the winding start end 4a of the secondary coil 4, and the winding end 4b of the secondary coil 4 are extracted to one end side of the coil bobbin 2 in its axial direction and connected to terminals 20 provided in one end side of the coil bobbin 2 in the axial direction respectively.
