To provide a thin and compact electromagnetic induction component for increasing the volume of a magnetic body, and for relatively increasing capacity in current.
A circular core 11 constituted of a magnetic body is laminated on a coil substrate 10 configured of a semiconductor substrate. The cross-section of the core 11 is shaped like a semicircle, and a plurality of upper coil patterns 12a constituted of conductive layers arrayed along a peripheral direction when it is viewed on plane are formed on the surface other than a lower side face 11a faced to the coil substrate 10. A lower coil pattern 12b is formed on the coil substrate 10 as constituted of conductive layers electrically connecting one internal end, and the other external end of each pair of upper coil patterns 12a adjacent to each other in the peripheral direction when it is viewed on plane. Therefore, the core 11 is placed on the coil substrate 10, and the upper coil pattern 12a is electrically connected to the lower coil pattern 12b so that the coil wound around the core 11 can be formed.
