PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To test a radio communication connection easily and at any place under the direct visual confirmation of an indication on a liquid crystal display or the like in a see-through manner via the manual operation of the operation button group of a testing portable telephone from the external side of an electromagnetic shielding box.
SOLUTION: This shielding box is equipped with an antenna 3 to radiate a test radio connection signal wave as well as a connector 1 to feed power thereto. Furthermore, the shielding box houses a portable telephone 9 as a test object, so as to be freely stored and taken out, and has transparent quality. The shielding box covers the whole of the outer surface of the antenna 3 and the telephone 9 with flexible electromagnetic shielding material, and the antenna 3 is supplied with power from a transmitter-receiver 16 via the connector 1 for testing the radio communication of the telephone 9. The electromagnetic shielding box 10, having both transparent and flexible quality, can prevent the leak of a radio wave during a test, and allows an indication on the liquid crystal display or the like of the telephone 9 to be directly confirmed visually in a see-through manner. Also, the operation button group of the telephone 9 can be manually operated.
