To provide an electromagnetic shielding device for protecting the adverse influence of an electromagnetic wave generated from a portable telephone set to a living body as much as possible.
When an electromagnetic shielding body 17 is formed in a cap form lapping the head part of an operator 28 by using an electromagnetic shielding member or it is constituted of a wig transplant part composed of the electromagnetic shielding member, the adverse influence of the electromagnetic wave to the living body is protected only by wearing a cap or putting on a wig. Shielding films 21 are formed to be almost similar to a portable telephone set 15 main body or they are foldably formed to be small. The outer peripheries of the shielding films 21 are surrounded by thin flat spring parts 26 and they are twisted against the elasticity of the thin flat spring parts 26. Thus, the device does not become a hindrance for carrying it and it is convenient for use when it is formed to be freely folded or it is formed in an almost circular form by connecting the plural shielding films 21 whose outer peripheries are surrounded by fan-like frames.
