To provide an electromagnetic ultrasonic inspection device capable of measuring thickness over the whole of a steel material.
An electromagnetic ultrasonic inspection device 1 is adopted, which is constituted by being equipped with: an ultrasonic probe 2 which relatively moves to a steel material 6; probe movement means 3 for moving the ultrasonic probe 2 so that an effective measuring range of the ultrasonic probe 2 on the steel material 6 at an oscillation position of the n-th ultrasonic wave and an effective measuring range of the ultrasonic probe 2 at the n+1-th oscillation position overlap with each other, and overlapped area becomes 50% or more and less than 100% of the effective measuring range; a signal processing part 4 which performs signal processing for mutually adding a detection signal detected at the oscillation position of the n-th ultrasonic wave, and a detection signal detected at the oscillation position of the n+1-th ultrasonic wave by matching time axes to each other, and dividing the detection signals after the addition by the number of added detection signals; and a calculation part 5 which calculates thickness of the steel material on the basis of the detection signals processed by the processing part 4.
