Title:
ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE SHIELD SHEET
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0199292
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To exhibit excellent flexibility and an electromagnetic wave shield effect by laminating electrolytic iron foils having extremely thin thickness and a rough surface on a high-molecular sheet material and making electrolyte iron foils to adhere strongly to the high-molecular sheet material.

CONSTITUTION: Electrolytic iron foils 20 having extremely thin thickness and a rough surface are laminated on a high-molecular sheet material. The iron foils 20 have thickness of 7∼30μm. The iron foils 20 electrodeposit iron on a cathode drum of a base body in an electrolyte containing iron ions and this is continuously exfoliated from a base body for being reeled as an electrolyte iron foil coil. Thereby, the iron foil 20 is strongly adhered to the sheet material 1 so as to exhibit excellent flexibility and an electromagnetic wave shield effect.
