Then an electromagnetic wave shielding transparent conductive film 3 is formed on the plate 11 and further water or substances that contain much water content, being viscous gell, and have weatherability, are filled in the space formed between the plates 10 and 11. Therefore, an excellent electromagnetic wave shielding performance for high frequency can be obtained through the effect water on electromagnetic? wave transmission loss, in addition to the electro-magnetic wave shielding performance of conductive film.
