To take an earth to a chassis without fail at a low cost by making the most of the screws for screwing the cover of a casing.
In an electromagnetic-wave-shielded casing which is made by stamping processing, using a conductive sheet 7 of synthetic resin where metallic fibers 7a are mixed, a boss part 2 for screwing or a ledge 2a for screwing is provided inside or outside the opening of the casing 1, and the said boss part 2 or ledge 2a is provided with bottom holes 3, 3,... for screws smaller in diameter than the screws 6, at the sections to screw a metallic cover 5, and is provided integrally with unwoven fabric 4 of metal or the like having conductivity by insert molding, around the said bottom holes 3, 3,..., thus it is arranged so that the earth can be taken to the chassis by the screws 6 when the cover 5 is screwed to the said casing 1.
