PURPOSE: To shut out electromagnetic waves by applying an adhesive to one side of a sheet containing a conductive material, providing sewing machine stitches divided into free sizes thereon, and cutting off the sheet at the stitches to stick them on a window glass.

CONSTITUTION: An adhesive is applied to one side of a sheet of conductive plastic, and an adhesive surface is covered with a protection tape. A plurality of sewing machine stitches 2a-2d, 3a and 3b divided into free sizes are provided on the sheet to form an electromagnetic wave shutting out film 1. When the film 1 is stuck on a window glass, the film is cut off in accordance with the size of a window frame after the protection tape is stuck on the window glass while peeling it off from the adhesive surface.
