Abstract:

To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding material with high conductivity and optical transparency, for which iridescent irregularities are reduced, and a manufacturing method of a panel material for improving handleability when manufacturing the panel material using the electromagnetic wave shielding material.

In the electromagnetic wave shielding material provided with an electromagnetic wave shielding layer for which the main binder of at least one layer is gelatin on a biaxial stretching polyester support, a backing layer for which the main binder of at least one layer is gelatin is provided on a surface on the opposite side of the surface provided with the electromagnetic wave shielding layer. Also, the total film thickness of the surface on the electromagnetic wave shielding layer side is 1.5 m, and when the total gelatin attachment amount of the surface provided with the electromagnetic wave shielding layer is defined as GELa (g/m2) and the total gelatin attachment amount of the surface on the opposite side of the surface provided with the electromagnetic wave shielding layer is defined as GELb (g/m2), the relational expression GELa-3GELbGELa+3 is satisfied.
