Abstract:
To provide an electronic apparatus that is used for an artificial neuron network.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 100 has a first circuit 10[1, m], a second circuit 11[n], and first to sixth wires. The first circuit has a first transistor M1, a second transistor M2, and a capacitative element C1. The second circuit has a third transistor M3. A gate of the first transistor is electrically connected to the first wire WW[j], a first terminal to the second wire WB[m], and a second terminal to a gate of the second transistor. The capacitative element capacitatively couples the third wire DL[i] with the gate of the second transistor. A first terminal of the second transistor is electrically connected to the fourth wire RB[m], and a second terminal to the sixth wire VNN. A gate of the third transistor is electrically connected to the third wire, a first terminal to the fifth wire RD, and a second terminal to the sixth wire. The first circuit stores a weight in an analog value and is an oxide semiconductor transistor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
