CONSTITUTION: When an object beam 8 is projected and exposed while being reduced in the state of impressing a voltage between transparent electrodes 4 and 5, information is recorded by generating polarization corresponding to the strength of the beam on an a-Si:H film 1 of a projection part 9. Next, when the LD of an optical solid reflector array 25 is successively emitted from the upside to the downside in the state of short-circuiting the transparent electrodes 4 and 5 and slid laterally, in-plane scanning can be executed and since resolution is high, the high--resolution camera can be realized.
