A conducting film 12 is formed on the surface of a base stand 11, a protective film 100 is formed on the film 12 and after that, grooves 13 are provided in both of the film 100 and the film 12, whereby the generation of burrs of the film 12 and the generation of an oxide in the film 12 can be prevented.
