To perform carrying as the sales tool of articles and service by inputting data to a general purpose electronic computer provided with a card sales processing program in a memory and transmitting the data to the outside.

An interface device 101 is provided on the side part of the computer 100 and a card reader 200 is connected from the interface device 101 through a cable 500. In the meantime, a modem card 300 is inserted to the insertion port 103 of the computer 100 and the plug 601 of the cable 600 is inserted and connected to a jack for a telephone line. Then, the data are inputted from the card reader 200 to the computer 100 and communication is established from a visiting destination or the like with a credit company from the computer 100 through the modem card 300. Thus, for an insurance job, carrying is made possible without the need of installation.
