An electronic control apparatus 1 is equipped with a part for mounting 3 to be secured to a mounting rail 4, a wiring board 5 installed approx. parallel with the wall surface of a casing 10 constituting the part for mounting 3, and a terminal table 2 having a plurality of terminals 20 and 20A which are connected with the wiring board 5 and connects wirings of the ends of wires. The end 50 of the board 5 is protruded from the part for mounting 3 in a width direction W of the mounting rail 4, and the terminals 20 and 20A are connected via the protruding part of the board 5.
