Abstract:
To suppress vibration transmitted to a substrate, on which electronic components are placed, in a more reliable manner.SOLUTION: An electronic control module 100 is disposed on a rotary electric machine unit mounted on a vehicle equipped with an engine. The electronic control module 100 includes: a driver substrate 20 in which electronic components 21 are placed on an upper surface 20a; a motor control board 30 which is arranged at the upper surface 20a side of the driver substrate 20 and spaced apart from the upper surface 20a and in which electronic components 31 are placed on an upper surface 30a; a cylindrical bracket 40 provided between the driver substrate 20 and the motor control board 30 and forming a closed space S between the driver substrate 20 and the motor control board 30; a vibration control rubber 50a which absorbs vibration between the driver substrate 20 and the bracket 40; and a vibration control rubber 50b which absorbs vibration between the bracket 40 and the motor control board 30. A spring constant of the vibration control rubber 50a is larger than that of the vibration control rubber 50b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
