To provide an electronic apparatus with an opening/closing state detecting function whose weight and size are reduced.

The electronic apparatus 100 includes: first and second cases 100A, 100B; and a hinge unit 100C for mutually rotatably connecting the first and second cases 100A, 100B. The electronic apparatus 100 is furthermore provided with: a flexible board 3 arranged from the inside of the first case 100A to the inside of the second case 100B via the inside of the hinge unit 100C and mutually electrically connecting the inside of the first case 100A and the inside of the second case 100B; a magnetic field generation electric conduction member 6 located to the flexible board 3 so as to be bent along with bend of the flexible board 3, to which a prescribed current is supplied, and generating a magnetic field with a strength corresponding to a relative angle between the first and second cases 100A, 100B; a magnetic field strength detection means 8 for detecting the strength of the magnetic field generated from the magnetic field generation electric conduction member 6; and a control signal output means 9 for outputting a control signal according to the strength of the magnetic field detected by the magnetic field strength detection means 8.
