To provide an electronic endoscope apparatus in which countermeasures against static electricity are taken effectively using a reduced number of parts without the performance and the characteristics of an electric circuit within a scope being affected by the static electricity countermeasure components.

Metal members 16A, 16B and 16C are provided as outer packages of the scope 12. The metal member 16A is connected to the metal member 16B by a conducting wire 17, the metal member 16B is connected to the metal member 16C by a connecting terminal strip 19, the metal member 16C is connected to a shield box 21 via a static electricity countermeasure component 25, and the shield box 21 is connected to an enclosure ground 23G of a processor 14 via a contact spring 22. The metal member 16C may be connected to the ground terminal 34g of a connector circuit part 34 via the static electricity countermeasure component 25.
