To provide electronic equipment with a shield structure which can easily facilitate the fitting of a shield member to a printed board without making a component mountable range on the reverse surface of the printed board small, prevent the shield member from falling, and facilitate maintenance.

The shield member has a top surface part 2 which covers a circuit part on the printed board 9 and an outer circumferential part 3 which surrounds the circuit part. A clamp member 4 has a plane part 5 and clamp parts 6 which are formed at both ends of one surface of the plane part 5 and elastically clamp both the surfaces of the outer circumferential part 3. The one-surface side has its reflecting surface on the opposite side from the plane part 5 soldered onto the printed board 9 to fit the shield member 1 to the printed board 9.
