The database 30 stores various information for providing amusement information in shipping, besides information on a position of a vehicle speed measuring device. The control part 29 displays a virtual route on the display device 12 by using the information stored in the database 30, and movably displays a present point on the virtual route by calculating travel distance of a vehicle when receiving GPS data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
