To enable a user to simply and easily change user's desired height of a row or a column from a row or a column belonging to the designated range of height or the range of a column.

A display control part 31 (a) makes a display device 5 display a first operation part for designating the range of the height of a row as the row candidate of height change, and (b) when the range is designated by a first operation part, specifies a row, continuing from an origin row and having height belonging to the range, as a row candidate, and (c) makes the display device 5 display a second operation part for designating a row, whose height is changed, only from the specified row candidate, and (d) makes the display device 5 display a third operation part for designating the changed height of the row designated by the second operation part, and (e) makes the display device 5 display a table by changing the height of the row designated by the second operation part with the height designated by the third operation part.
