Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent fingers holding a recording medium from being obstructed by a cover when a user approaches the cover in open state and the recording medium is inserted and taken out, in an electronic equipment for vehicle provided with the cover which closes and opens an inserting opening for the recording medium.
CONSTITUTION: A cover 20 moving rotatively from a state of closing a front plane 12a to an open state is provided on the equipment body 10. An inserting opening 12b through which three cartridges arranged in the vertical direction can be inserted is formed at the front plane 12a. Also, concave parts 24 and 25 are formed at a back plane 21b of the cover 20, fingers holding a cartridge C to be inserted into the lowest stage are inserted in the concave parts 24 and 25, and inserting operation and taking operation are made easy. Also, light guiding members 26 and 27 are provided in the concave parts 24 and 25, and the light guiding members 26 and 27 are irradiated with light sources 16 and 17 of the equipment body 10. Thereby, positions of concave parts are made easy to be recognized.
