To secure stable mutual contact of grounds of electronic equipments and to obtain the electromagnetic shielding effect of a whole system in plural electronic equipments constituting the system by connecting casings to each other.

Conductive contact member 5 and 24a provided for the connection faces of the respective casings of the electronic equipment main body 1 and the extension electronic unit 21 are brought into contact with each other to connect the casings to each other. At least one of contact members in contact with each other has elasticity and the different elastic member is added to the opposite side of the contact face of the contact member having elasticity. The stable mutual contact of the grounds of the electronic equipments is secured by the elasticity of the elastic member and the superior electromagnetic wave shielding effect of the whole system can be obtained. Thus, conductive contact with the other cable 28 can be prevented by making the different elastic member non-conductive.
