Abstract:

To safely and certainly provide an electronic form having a prescribed format or the like through a network.

This electronic form providing device includes: a database storing a plurality of pieces of electronic form data each imparted with an electronic signature; a component transmission means receiving a request for the electronic form data from a user, and transmitting a verifying component to a terminal device of the user; and an electronic form data transmission means receiving designation of a desired electronic form from the user, acquiring the corresponding electronic form data from the database, and transmitting them to the terminal device of the user. The verifying component operates inside the terminal device of the user, verifies whether or not the electronic form is changed by use of the electronic signature imparted to the electronic form data received from the electronic form transmission means, and can be used on the terminal device of the user only when the electronic form is not changed.
