The electronic imaging apparatus includes an optical member on an optical path extending from a lens to an imaging element. The optical member includes from the lens side a water-repellent or water-repellent and oil-repellent film, an infrared cut film, an optical low-pass filter, an adhesion layer, an infrared cut filter, and a reflection preventing film, in this order. Furthermore, the apparatus includes a low surface resistance film made of a conductor or a semiconductor, containing a metal oxide between the water-repellent or water-repellent oil-repellent film and the optical low-pass filter.
