The server device is provided with distribution control means (S106 and S114) for distributing the electronic mails, where plural transmitted addresses are set in a specified to each transmitted address and a transfer decision means (S113) for deciding whether or not to distribute the electronic mail to the terminal in next order on the basis of the recognition flag.
