To provide an electronic mail transferring device capable of easily changing the transfer destination of an electronic mail by a simple operation.

A mail transfer server 1 arranged on an Internet 2 is provided with an electronic mail acquiring means for storing the address of a mail server 3 which transmits and receives an electronic mail by using the Internet, the account name of a user registered in a service for distributing an electronic mail by using the mail server, a password for performing access to the mail server 3, the addresses of a plurality of terminals to be used by the user, and a terminal designated as the destination of transfer by the user from among the plurality of terminals, and for performing access to the mail server 3 by using the account name and the password, and for acquiring an electronic mail to the destination of the user from the mails server 3 and a mail transmitting means for transmitting the acquired electronic mail to the terminal designated by the user. Thus, it is possible to transfer all the electronic mails to the destination of the user himself or herself to the preliminarily designated terminal.
