Abstract:

To prepare the text of electronic mail easy to see for the receiver of the electronic mail.

The data of the text of the electronic mail are copied to a storage device (S40). From an attribute table, the number of the receivable text characters of a selected terminal machine kind name, the number of characters per row and the number of rows per image are read (S41). A controller successively counts the number of the character string codes of the text of the electronic mail stored in the storage device from the head and adds a line feed code to the position every time the number of the character string codes reaches the number of the characters per row (S42). Character strings to which the line feed code is added are plotted in a text area for the number of the rows per image (S43) and the display frame of the text area is plotted (S44).
