PURPOSE: To eliminate any jam inside a chute, by moving a pair of endless belts, installed between the circumference of a pair of feed wheels feeding taped lectronic parts at the specified pitch and a pulley at a tape outlet, intermittently by means of rotation of these feed wheels.
CONSTITUTION: A tape 2 is fed into both feed wheels 11a and 11b through the inside of a guide 15 and a tape keeper 16. Next, when external force is added to an end of a ratchet lever 4 in an arrow A direction, a feed claw 5 is engage with a tooth part of a ratchet wheel 3 which rotates one pitch, and when this external force is removed, the claw 5 is restored to its original position whereby the wheel 3 is held at the position without being reversed owing to a lever 9. The wheel 3 rotates in a B direction by one pitch while these feed wheels 11a and 11b engage lead wires 1a and 1b with feed teeth 11c and 11d, feeding electronic parts 1 by one pitch, so that belts 12a and 12b also move by one pitch. Residual waste tapes 2a enter in a gap between these belts 12a and 12b and a chute 14 and are discharged out.
