To solve the problem wherein a printed matter is conventionally printed on paper and this causes environment destruction of enormously consuming resources, such as, papers that are used for printed matter.
This system enables subscription of an electronic printed matter for a user, by registering member information into a server and database over an Internet site from a computer and cellular phone, and paying for specified membership.
