To provide an electronic settlement processing system capable of performing change operation of a warning message to be printed out on an alarm receipt in a short period of time.
The electronic settlement processing system includes an electronic money server 80 for storing unwritten warning data 50 in a storage part and an electronic money charging machine 10 including a write monitoring part 43 and a receipt issue part 42. When whether write processing into a recording medium by a reader/writer part 31 is normally performed or not is unknown, the write monitoring part 43 performs the transmission request of the unwritten warning data 50 to the electronic money server 80, and when receiving the unwritten warning data 50 from the electronic money server 80, provides the unwritten warning data 50 to the receipt issue part 42. When receiving the unwritten warning data 50, the receipt issue part 42 provides the unwritten warning data 50 to a print control part 41 together with settlement processing contents and makes a printer 33 print out an alarm receipt.
