The electronic stamp rally system 10 includes a plurality of IC card reading terminals 20 arranged at designated places so as to read and transmit ID numbers and authentication signals, a prize exchange terminal 30 for transmitting prize exchange information, and a stamp rally information management device 60 which is connected to the IC card reading terminals and the prize exchange terminal via the Internet 50, checks identity between the ID number and the authentication signal and the propriety of a rally tour route, stores a rally point, and converts the rally point into a prize point when prize exchange information is transmitted from the prize exchange terminal. A stamp rally participant owns an IC card storing the ID number. The rally point is imparted to the stamp rally participant by interacting with the IC card reading terminals at a plurality of designated places of a rally game. Then, the rally point is exchanged with a prize.
