Title:
ELECTRONIC THERMOMETER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS61254826
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the area of a semiconductor device for processing analog signals, by dividing the semiconductor device into a section for displaying centigrade degrees and another section for displaying Fahrenheit degrees.

CONSTITUTION: The electronic thermometer of this invention is composed of a sensor section 1 which detects temperatures, semiconductor device which processes the analog signal of the sensor section 1, and displaying means 6 which displays signals obtained by the semiconductor device in temperature. The data of the memory section 3 of the semiconductor device are inputted in the semiconductor device under a condition where data 4 for centigrade display and another data for Fahrenheit display are separately inputted. Therefore, the area of the semiconductor device can be reduced.
