CONSTITUTION: A hand B 10 is quickly moved by using a switch 24 in order to make a hand A 6 and the hand B 10 agree with each other. When the hand A 6 and the hand B agree at this time, the quick movement of the hand B 10 is temporarily stopped with a timer circuit 19. Therefore, the hand A 6 and the hand B 10 can be made to agree surely with each other by stopping the operation of the switch 14 when the quick movement of the hand B 10 is temporarily stopped.
